Logging in & Passwords

We've tried to keep the platform as simple as possible. Here's a few tips to find your way around.

Logging in

To login, navigate to the Kickdynamic platform and enter your username and password.

Each Kickdynamic user has a global login. This means the whole CRM team will have one username (usually an email address) and one password.

We recommend changing the password on a regular basis.

Forgotten Password?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgot your password' option on the login screen.

This will take you to a page to enable you to request a new password. Enter your username and click 'Reset Password'.

The email address associated with the account will receive the new temporary password. If you need to update this email address contact your Account Manager.

How to change your password

Click on your username in the top right hand corner of the main navigation. Click 'Change Password'.

This will take you to a change password page. Enter your old password, and then enter your new password (twice!) and then click change password.

You have now successfully changed your password.
